In-person and on-line mindfulness and meditation instruction for students of all ages — for individuals, families, classes, and organizations. I offer easy, informal conversations and guidance about how to start, build, and maintain your mindfulness practice. After a few sessions, you’ll have all the tools you need to develop a lasting personal practice.

Jane, the founder of East West Mindfulness, has been helping students manage their stress and their difficult emotions since 2002. She earned her yoga teacher certification at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2011 and completed the Mindful Schools Year-Long Teacher Certification Program in 2018. She currently lives in Missoula, Montana. She teaches mindfulness lessons to all the second grade classes at the public school where she is a classroom teacher, and to individuals and families in her community.
